The team were passionate about their craft and once their product was ready they looked into marketing their product online but were overwhelmed by all the prospects and avenues. Despite the crowded Christmas marketplace and being a completely new brand, Steel Butterfly Healing were able to hit the ground running and exceed their expected sales in December. Word of mouth is quickly spreading thanks to their fantastic customer service, and the various platform algorithms are working for them, not against them.
